Washington 09/2007 - Freelands - Day 11

We survived our trip to Vancouver, BC (just barely) and head back to Seattle.

Catherine insisted that we check out the KAVU mother store. That's Klear Above, Visibility Unlimited.

We asked about other attractions in the area and learned about the Chittenden Locks. This was a party weekend and the revelers were indeed out, putting on a show as they waited to make their way through the locks.

There was also a fish ladder, and a unique exhibit showing how the salmon make their way through the locks to spawn.

Then we head to down town Seattle and the Pike Place Market.
