Along the way, we pass many interesting rock formations.

Here we are crossing the Blue Mesa Reservoir.

With some interesting formations along the way.

We finally make our way to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison.

This canyon reminds me of Hells Canyon on the Oregon/Idaho border. I understand they both have features that exceed the Grand Canyon.

There are some really high mountains in the San Juan Range.

We crossed over into Utah and head toward Moab, passing this tourist spot.
