This is a close up of one of the Meadow Pools.

This is the view from that pool. It overlooks the Breitenbush River.

This pool always reminds me of a grotto.

These are the Spiral Tubs. The four (4) tubs are aligned to a cardinal direction (North, South, East, and West). Each tub has a different temp too. One starts about about 100 and incrementally go up to about 108.

The fifth tub is a cold plunge. Ahhhh! So good.

Get someone in the know to tell you what the secret of this is before trying it.

After soaking, there is the sauna. Hot water pours into the bottom, and the steam rises through slats in the floor.

We take our vegetarian meals here in the dining room.

Other facilities include the Sanctuary

and the Forest Shelter.

Some of the teaching aids used in the Forest Shelter are displayed.

Here is the Breitenbush River.

And a dedication to the fish bypass for the flume that is used to make electricity.

Well, it's about time to hit the road, and we head north toward Mount Hood.

We stop at this historic Ranger Station along the way.
